A great no frills dessert and boba establishment. Their service is quick, and their dessert items are super delicious! Their crème brûlée toasts are so simple but so yummy! I'd recommend these to anyone who has a sweet tooth and loves that crunch factor. Their fruit drinks are so refreshing as well! It's a good college hangout spot!

Great late night spot! We couldn't find any other desert places after a late dinner. Glad we came here! They have a solid selection of fruit and milk teas. That were actually pretty good. I personally liked their mango drinks. We had it fremont before and still solid. Parking is a little difficult though and you might need to park nearby to walk there. There is a self serving kiosk and the workers take your order too if there's a line.

Love Caffe In! My go to spot is the union city location, but love how there's one in Santa Clara now. If you never had the toast, get it! The crème brûlée was yummy! I love their teas and the icys. Lots of variety from savory to sweets.

Super clean interior with a private lot. Such a convenient location near SCU. I love that they have popcorn chicken among their selection of snacks. The cups are also reusable and they allow you to bring it back for a discounted price.

Love that a CAFFE:iN opened in the South Bay! Originally, there was only one location (to our knowledge) which was in Union City. We really loved that location and we were so happy that one opened closer to us! With this one being located on The Alameda and across from Santa Clara University, it does get a little busy on the weekends but we don't usually have to wait too long. They do have online ordering which is extremely helpful! If you wanted to order at the shop, you can order at the kiosk. If it gets too busy and there's a line at the kiosk, then usually an employee steps in to take orders at the register. They have a great selection of drinks and I also love that some of their drinks can be hot! They also have snacks which are also really good! We've had the following items: Brown Sugar Pearl Latte, Honeydew Milk Tea, Hot Honeydew Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Hot Matcha Latte, Honeydew Smoothie, Mocha Smoothie, Popcorn Chicken, and the Creme Brulee Toast. All their drinks are always good! I usually get less sugar but I definitely suggest that you try your drink before you leave. There was one instance where I got less sugar for my drink, we left, I tried my drink on the way home, and realized that they gave me 0% sugar instead of less sugar. I love the Creme Brulee Toast! It's my go-to snack when I come here. I haven't tried any other sweets they have on the menu, but I'm definitely planning on trying one of their crepes next time!

I have been here a few times with friends bc I love that they have snacks and boba!! It's super close to SCU so it's easy to catch up with my friends who live close by! I love getting their fruit teas & popcorn chicken or fries! It's the perfect combo of a refreshing sweet drink and a savory crispy flavorful snack. Also, if you're in the mood for a sweet treat -- the crème brûlée toast lives up to the hype!! There's usually plenty of parking in front of the shop, but can get crowded especially in the evenings. Limited indoor seating but have never had a problem finding a spot to settle in :) Everything comes out quick and most drinks can be adjusted for ice and sweetness

Caffe:In in on the Alameda. Street parking mostly with a lot in back. One kiosk and one cashier to order from. This place only has one restroom. They offer inside and outside seating. Nice little cafe was simple decor. White Grape Oolong Tea (4/5). The drink was flavorful lightly hinted of grape flavor and milky.
